31 January - Our Last Month in England

The last month home shot by so quickly and its funny as although we have been back working it has still felt like a holiday. It was fun to go back to work for a while and earn some money, hopefully that will keep us afloat for a little while whilst we are back in Canada.

Not really much to report about the rest of the month, I had my birthday which I was really pleased to be home for to spend with family and friends. For the last 2 years we haven't really celebrated birthdays, I think it was just after my birthday last year that we ended up with the boat washed up on the beach in the middle if the night in Honduras!! It feels like a world away now.

21 January - Getting over Christmas

Into another year and everything quieted down a bit after Christmas and New Years. We are both back at work now, although Stuart has changed his job and has gone to work up North for a friend. We haven't seen each other for nearly a month now which is a little strange as for the last 3 years we have been in each other company 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

In my spare time I have still been catching up with friends and Stuart hasn't really had much spare time, he has been getting his nose stuck into work so we will have some money to do the boat up when we get back to Canada.

Everything is beginning to liven up again now as it is mine and a friends birthday soon so lots of celebrating to be done. Up to London last weekend for another party then lots of time out for us for my Birthday next week, yippee!!
