In the airport restaurant, watching the planes out of the window whilst awaiting our pilot Carol

and here is our plane for the morning

Awww, its a bit scary!

so lets pull her out and get started

Oh no, it's too late to turn back now!

In I go

and off we head towards the runway

Even Stuart looks a little nervous (where are those parachutes kept again???)

Here's the control tower

and up, up and away we go

Here is Montreal

a quarry in the middle of all the farm land

the view of the area from the sky

and here is Ranch Namaspamoos! All those tiny dots are horses!

The farm again from a different angle, it goes a lot further back to the left but the majority of the area is woodland

and here is poor Marie anchored out there all on her lonesome :-( Poor Marie

but all the brown is the water run off from the land where we have had rain, so hopefully it won't be long before the water is high enough for us to take her out for the winter (That tiny dot is her again!)

And there she is a dot here also!

Looking over the Richelieu and down to Lake Champlain

This is the marina where we may need to be hauled out if the water remains too low for our first choice. The small bridge next to the marina is a swing railway bridge which has now closed for the winter so we are very limited in our marina choices for the winter now.

A little less nervous now

Even though it is getting colder there are still a few people out there playing in the water

All the trees are now in their autumn colours

Time to land, and here is someone else up with us also waiting to land

There's the runway

and a very smooth touch down

On the way home a quick visit to one of the farms previous horses Soukyna
