Back to Eastbourne

 

Back to Eastbourne for the day and first stop is to catch up with family, Stuart's brother Julian, his wife Louisa and their 2 children. Here's Sophie happily playing with belated Christmas presents.

The next morning, down the the familiar seafront

The new Yacht Club down the harbour. This was just a porta cabin when we left (mind you we don't think it looks that much better now!!)

Our old boat Footloose still lives here and she is currently up for sale, poor Footloose

Now to catch up with the diving club lot in the local pub. Simon, Rob and his daughter, they don't look very pleased to see us but I'm sure they were!!

Moving inside now as the day light has gone and it has got a bit chilly

Feeding the ducks in Maidstone

Back in Maidstone Zoe has come down to visit with her Son Dylan, it is the first time I have ever met him as he was born whilst we were traveling, so we have all gone to the park to feed the ducks

Although you can tell Dylan takes after his mum due to the fact that he is eating the bread rather than giving it to the ducks!

We have had a lot of rain since we have been back home and the lake and rivers were all flooded, but the ducks seem quite happy about the whole situation

Next to the ball pit to play!! YEY!!
