After working as a web designer for four years for a small company in Brighton UK, my partner and I decided to take some time out. So we brought a sail boat in the Rio Dulce Guatemala and went sailing!

We arrived there in March 2005, spent some time working on the boat then waited for the worst hurricane season in centuries to pass by. Then in November 2005 we finally set off on our sailing adventures, which have so far taken us to Belize, Honduras, Mexico, Panama, Columbia and the States.

I have always loved my work so have been very happy to continue along the way, and have picked up many interesting jobs from boat charters to diving instructors and hope to continue doing so.
